The subject matter for the briefing (invitation attached) was “Mauritius” and the opportunities this jurisdiction can offer a Jersey company.
From a simple outsourcing solution or setting up a licensed management company through to a joint venture arrangement; all arrangements that can make a Jersey businesses more successful and profitable. Also the workshop looked at how Mauritius can assist firms in dealing and benefitting form taxation atrrangements with such jurisdictions as India, china and Africa.
