Stolen Asset Recovery – Politically Exposed Persons – A Policy Paper on Strengthening Preventive Measures

This policy paper was issued by the Worldbank and deals with politically exposed persons.  It was presented recently at the Conference of State Parties of the Convention against Corruption in Doha.

This Policy Paper on Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) is the result of special collaborative efforts from experts in antimoney laundering.  tehse experts included regulatory, bank officials, Financial Intelligence Units and law enforcement authorities from Argentina, France, Jersey, Hong Kong, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
