On the 18 March 2010 Barry Faudemer as Director of the Enforcement Divison at the Jersey Financial Services Commission advised that, following a number of requests from the Industry, the Commission has updated the current Public Statements page so that items marked “(R)” relate to public statements where directions have been issued under the Regulatory Laws to restrict an individual’s employment within the finance industry in Jersey.

In addition, a “Register of Restricted Individuals” has also been created that lists those individuals who are currently subject to such a restriction in alphabetical order, which can be viewed at: http://www.jerseyfsc.org/the_commission/general_information/public_statements/RegisterOfRestrictedIndividuals.asp
