After a straw poll (hands raised!!) of today’s JCOA CPD workshop audience I was interested to see how few JCOA members had not presented the recent JFSC TCB ANNUAL VISIT FINDINGS report to their boards along with a gap analysis against their own systems, controls and procedures..

Today (3^rd June 2014) Mathew Beale presented a one [x1] hour workshop to the Jersey compliance officer association (JCOA).  The subject was “common regulatory onsite findings”.  The basis for the material was the recently published JFSC TCB findings.  The reason being is that the findings raised could apply to any business in Jersey (or elsewhere).  For more information on the 2014 JFSC TCB visit report readers can go to
