The Financial Services Authority said it’s charged a third person, Helmy Omar Sa’aid, on insider dealing charges that relate to a previously announced case against senior investment banker Christian Littlewood and his wife Angie Littlewood. The offences relate to trading in a number of different London Stock Exchange and AIM listed shares between 2000 and 2009, the FSA said. Sa’aid was arrested in the French overseas territory of Mayotte, and it was the first time that the FSA has sought the extradition of a suspect from abroad to face criminal charges in the U.K.
