The FSA has cancelled the permissions of a West Midlands-based adviser for failing to pay nearly £2,500 in fees and levies. Robin Duncan Glaze trading as Corporate Financial Services in Stourbridge has had his permissions cancelled for failing to pay fees and levies of £2,406.47 owed to the FSA, despite repeated requests to do so. In a final notice, John Kirby, a member of the FSA’s enforcement and financial crime division said this failing was significant in the context of Mr Glaze’s suitability. He said: “This leads the FSA to conclude that you are not conducting your business soundly and prudently and in compliance with proper standards and that you are not a fit and proper person.”
