ESMA publishes responses to consultation on remuneration guidelines for AIFMs

Following its consultation on “Guidelines on remuneration of alternative investment fund managers” (AIFMs) (see Daily New (29 June 2012) the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has now published the responses it has received to this consultation.

ESMA expects to adopt the final guidelines in Q4 2012.
